Good news from Nuremberg, Germany: at the just-concluded 2013 Nuremberg International Exhibition of Ininventions, Iron & Steel Group won the Green Environmental Protection Contribution Award, 2 Gold Awards and 4 Silver Awards for the second time, demonstrating the extraordinary creativity of Iron & Steel people on the world stage.
At the Nuremberg International Invention Fair, Iron & Steel Group, as the only Chinese steel enterprise to participate in the competition, selected 16 invention achievements including "research and application of core materials of emulsified explosive", "dry separation and tail-casting pre-separation process of magnetite" and so on. These inventions fully demonstrate the development concept of "innovation is competitive" of Iron & Steel Group. With their wide applicability, extensibility and good market prospects, they have attracted wide attention from all parties and won favorable comments. The Nuremberg International Fair of Inventions is one of the most influential international exhibitions of inventions in the world, with a history of more than 60 years. More than 700 projects from 32 countries and regions participated in the exhibition. China Invention Association and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council organized domestic enterprises to participate in the exhibition.
