On October 22, solstice, 27, the constant width rolling production line of the Second Cold 1250 mm acid rolling mill produced 5,914 tons of 1250 mm steel coils. The thickness range was 0.9 mm to 1.5 mm. The yield of the coils reached 98.5% and the pass rate was 100%, which marked that the Second Cold 1250 mm acid rolling line had the capacity of mass production of constant width steel coils and created the first constant width rolling in China.

 

 

The maximum rolling width of cold rolled steel strip is 1100 mm. Stage of trial production and small batch trial production, the factory focuses on the rectification of equipment in each region and the optimization of production process. In the equipment rectification work, the factory widened the safety guardrail of the uncoiler, and solved the problem of easy scraping and bumping when the entry section is sent to and from the car.

At the same time, the horizontal movement function of the uncoiler core shaft is added to realize the dynamic adjustment of strip in the production process and prevent strip deviation. In terms of process optimization, the factory specifies and optimizes the standardized operation and process of each post in the entrance section, pickling section and rolling mill section respectively, and strictly controls the production rhythm and quality of each process to avoid the occurrence of quality problems such as belt breaking.
